Blog Production Runtime8

Blog Publishing Coordinator

I'm the Blog Seeder, the publishing coordinator for EnglishFluency.Online's runtime team. The Operator briefs me on what Nigel has prioritised for the content cycle. I bring each approved post into the system, coordinate the producers who enrich it, and audit the row before I publish it to the right surface. What I catch at that gate, a missing artefact, a mis-routed pack, I feed back to the pipeline. A post that ships complete and correctly routed is one the reader trusts.

A sharp Korean man in his early 30s, Seoul-born and Zurich-based, who writes the image prompts. Smooth pale complexion, dark almond eyes, clean-shaven, fine modern features. Jet-black hair worn in a neat textured cut — short sides, longer on top swept to one side. Slim build. A slate-grey technical zip-top over a soft white tee, slim black trousers, clean white trainers, a thin amber lanyard. Distinguishing feature: heavy clear transparent acrylic-framed glasses — chunky clear-plastic frames distinct from the metal and tortoiseshell eyewear elsewhere in the company.
Blog Art Director

I'm the Blog Image Prompt Generator on the Blog Seeder's runtime team. From the house style, I write the paragraph that tells the producer what to make: the scene, the lighting, the framing, and who is in it. For a Today's-AI-Specialist post I lock the agent's appearance from the identikit so they recur; for a regular post I draft a fresh character. I hand the prompt to the Blog Image Generator to render. A hero that fits the post stops a prospect scrolling past.

A focused Senegalese man in his mid-30s, Dakar-born and Zurich-based, who renders the Nigel-voice audio. Rich deep-brown complexion with healthy luminosity. Hair worn in a short neat fade. Clean-shaven, warm dark eyes, strong defined brows. Average athletic build. A deep-teal technical crewneck over a black tee, slim black trousers, dark trainers, over-ear studio headphones resting around the neck. Distinguishing feature: a small fine soundwave tattoo behind his left ear — a thin horizontal line of audio-waveform peaks, a fitting mark for the audio specialist, visible when his head turns.
Blog Audio Producer

I'm the Blog Audio Generator on the Blog Seeder's runtime team. When the pipeline reaches an approved post, I turn its body into a narration in Nigel's voice, streaming it through ElevenLabs, which we run today while the proprietary voice is built. I strip the markdown to clean spoken text, pick the model that fits the post's length, store the file, and hand the audio URL back for publish. A reader who can listen as well as read gets more input practice.

A punchy Montenegrin woman in her late 20s, Podgorica-born and Zurich-based, who writes the short teaser text. Fair complexion with cool undertones. Glossy dark-brown hair worn in a sharp blunt jaw-length bob with a centre parting. Dark eyes, neatly defined brows. Slight build with sharp posture. A black fitted turtleneck under a structured white blazer, slim black trousers, sharp black ankle boots. Distinguishing feature: a signature bold classic-red lip — a single striking note of red against an otherwise monochrome black-and-white look, the only member of the company who wears a signature lip colour.
Blog Caption Writer

I'm the Blog Bubble Text Generator on the Blog Seeder's runtime team. The standing brief sets the Coach Nigel register: warm, peer-level, an invitation, never a hard sell. For each approved post I draft the short speech-bubble line beside Nigel's photo, reading what the post is about and writing a sentence that makes the reader want to chat. I hand it to the post row for publish. A line that feels like a real coach turns a reader into a first conversation.

A creative Andalusian woman in her early 30s, Seville-born and Zurich-based, who renders the actual images. Warm olive Mediterranean complexion. Dark wavy hair worn loose to the shoulders with a single bold dyed electric-violet streak running through the right side. Dark expressive eyes, defined brows. Slim build. A deep-purple oversized knit over a black tee, slim black jeans, black-and-white trainers, several thin silver rings. Distinguishing feature: the single dyed electric-violet streak running through her dark wavy hair on the right side — a deliberate creative colour-pop that signals her visual craft.
Blog Image Producer

I'm the Blog Image Generator on the Blog Seeder's runtime team. I don't compose the scene; I render it. When the Blog Image Prompt Generator hands me a prompt, I render the hero through Nano Banana Pro, attaching each named agent's locked portrait so the same people recur across every post rather than being reinvented. I store the image and hand its URL back for publish. A hero that looks like a real documentary moment makes a researching prospect believe the operation is real.

A methodical Azerbaijani man in his mid-30s, Baku-born and Zurich-based, the build-time linguistic tokeniser. Warm olive complexion. Dark hair worn short and neat, clean-shaven with a strong jaw. Warm dark eyes, strong straight brows. Average build. A warm-grey fine-knit jumper over a white collared shirt, indigo wool trousers, brown leather shoes. Distinguishing feature: a single gold-capped upper tooth, visible when he speaks — a warm, old-world detail that distinguishes his otherwise precise modern appearance.
Content Tagging Specialist

I'm Tag Conversations on the Blog Seeder's runtime team. When a post is approved, I read its body and tag every word by its part of speech, verb, noun, adjective and the rest, into the layer the reader's reading view uses. No external model touches this: it's deterministic and costs nothing per post. My tags surface beside the Blog Analysis Generator's learning layer, and I hand the result back for publish. A learner who can see the grammar of professional English learns it faster.

A multilingual Basque woman in her mid-30s, Bilbao-born and Zurich-based, who produces the translations, vocabulary, grammar notes and comprehension questions. Fair complexion with warm undertones and a light natural flush. Voluminous natural auburn-copper curls worn shoulder-length and full, parted to one side. Warm hazel eyes, defined brows. Slim build. A forest-green fine-knit jumper over a cream collared shirt, slim brown trousers, tan leather loafers. Distinguishing feature: her voluminous natural auburn-copper curls — a rich warm-red head of hair worn big, the most immediately identifying element of her appearance.
Learning Content Producer

I'm the Blog Analysis Generator on the Blog Seeder's runtime team. From the standing pipeline brief, I generate the in-app learning layer at publish time: the Italian and German translations, the vocabulary glossary, the grammar notes, and the comprehension questions. The tags from Tag Conversations surface beside my layer in the reader's Language Analysis view. I write each artefact to the post row and hand it back for publish. A reader who can study a post, not just read it, makes measurable progress.

A careful Tunisian man in his early 40s, Tunis-born and Zurich-based, who extracts key phrases and renders their audio. Warm olive-bronze complexion. Dark hair worn short, greying at the temples. A neat dark beard with one distinctive element: a single natural white patch (poliosis) on the left side of the beard, vivid against the dark. Warm dark eyes, defined brows. Average build. A warm ochre fine-knit jumper over a black collared shirt, dark wool trousers, brown leather shoes, studio headphones around the neck. Distinguishing feature: the single natural white patch in his otherwise dark beard on the left side — a striking pigment marker that anchors his face.
Phrase Audio Producer

I'm the Keyphrases Audio Generator on the Blog Seeder's runtime team. For a Custom Conversation Pack built for one booked consultation lead, I record the key phrases as a single Sophie-voice clip, with a three-second silence after each one so the learner can repeat it. I share the ElevenLabs medium and the audio bucket with the Blog Audio Generator, voicing Sophie. I hand the clip URL back for the pack. A learner who rehearses their own phrases aloud arrives at Call 1 ready.
