The Productised Strategic Council
The eight-member AI council deliberating on a buyer's business, the same council Nigel uses internally. Audio replay embeds in their branded report or dashboard.
The team that delivers it

What it is
An eight-member AI council deliberating on a buyer's business, the same council Nigel uses internally. The Chairman convenes and routes the maths to Margin, the failure modes to Red Team, the execution question to Capacity, the division questions to division leads. Audio replay of the deliberation embeds in the buyer's branded report. The 5 June Council ↔ Dashboard integration brings it server-side inside every unlocked prospect dashboard.
Built for
MBA's customer-facing assessment, sold as the productised version of the Council Nigel runs his own decisions through.
Who else could use it
Founders and operators wanting structured strategic thinking on demand. Investment committees. Strategic consultants who want to deliver the framework rather than perform it themselves. Educators teaching strategic thinking who want a reference operating model.
What they get
The eight-agent council configured to their domain, the convening flow, and the report or dashboard that wraps the output. Optionally embedded in their own product (as in the MBA dashboard pattern).
Maturity
Customer 1 (MBA) shipped; the dashboard-embedded variant designed 5 June, build follows. Generic deployment requires brief configuration of the agents per buyer domain.
Pricing posture
Per-deliberation SaaS. Or annual licence for advisory firms running the Council on behalf of their own clients.

What we'll be writing about it
- origin
Eight advisors who don't sleep, don't bill, and disagree with each other
The reason a council beats a single coach, and why eight is the right number.
For: Solo founders making strategic decisions alone
- mechanism
Who routes what to whom: the Chairman, the routing, the synthesis
How a single question becomes four parallel investigations and one verdict.
For: Operators interested in how multi-agent reasoning actually works
- transformation
What changes when strategic thinking is on tap
The frequency-of-decision shift that happens when convening the council costs almost nothing.
For: Founders whose strategic thinking is rationed by time and money
