The eduQua QMS Dashboard & Auditor
A live management surface for the eduQua:2021 quality standard, plus the auditor agent that reconciles your dossier against real evidence.
The team that delivers it

What it is
A live management surface for the eduQua:2021 quality standard, plus the auditor agent that reconciles your dossier against actual operational evidence. The dashboard shows what the standard requires across corporate, documents, learners, quality and satisfaction, and what you're producing today. The auditor runs the cross-check before a real auditor does it for you.
Built for
EFO, three weeks of work in April 2026 in preparation for institutional eduQua review. A real auditor's preparation engagement of this depth would typically run six to twelve months and a five-figure budget.
Who else could use it
Swiss eduQua candidates preparing first certification. Certified institutions facing reaccreditation. Education or training businesses in DE / IT / FR that need to evidence a QMS to an auditor rather than describe one. Corporate L&D teams with internal audit requirements they cannot currently produce evidence for.
What they get
Three ways in. (a) Hosted instance, with the auditor configured to their dossier and a managed handover. (b) Self-host: the dashboard repo, the auditor prompt, and the playbook that walks document → dashboard → evidence. (c) Done-for-you: a single engagement that takes them from blank document to passing audit.
Maturity
Customer 1 (EFO) shipped and producing audit evidence. Sellable to others with about a two-week configuration window per customer.
Pricing posture
Annual licence on the hosted version. Fixed-fee engagement for done-for-you. Hybrid for institutions that want both.

What we'll be writing about it
- origin
When the auditor said 'show me the evidence, not the dossier'
How a single conversation with a real auditor reset what we thought a QMS was for, and what we built in three weeks to answer the question.
For: Heads of training organisations preparing for eduQua review
- mechanism
Six agents and a dashboard: how a QMS reconciles itself
Walking through the QMS engine team-member by team-member — who reads the dossier, who reads the operational data, who closes the gap, and how the handoffs work.
For: Quality leads and compliance officers
- transformation
What a director's morning looks like when the QMS produces evidence on its own
From annual scramble to a steady hum: the operational changes when the dossier and the live data stop drifting apart.
For: Directors of accredited institutions
